We have invested in an endowment fund for the band through the Story County Community Foundation and the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines. The endowment fund will help to keep the band solvent for future generations. We also plan to use some of the profits from the endowment fund to pay for scholarships for deserving high school seniors who plan to attend a 4-year college or university and major in music.
